I mainly service the DFW metroplex.
Travel is free 20 miles from Downtown Dallas (75201).
Additional travel is $1/per mile outside of the 20 mile free radius. -

A booking link will be provided where the 30% deposit fee can be submitted.
Confirmation email will be sent to confirm deposit, date, time, package, add-ons etc

To secure your date, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required for all services.

- Room Decorating: 72 hours before service date
- Social Gathering Events: 1 week before the event date -
Yes,
Room Decorating services are open to booking 72 hours in advance based on availability.
100% of the service fee is due upon booking plus a $100 rush fee.
Theme colors are sometimes limited. -
Hotels
Provide the hotel with my first and last name on the reservation and let them know you have a room decorator coming to decorate the room. They can let us up or give us a key.
Meet us in the lobby with the key and we will leave it next to the bed when we leave.
Home/Airbnb
If your door has a code, you can give us an access code to get in.
Meet up before the surprise to let us in.
Fill us in on where we can retrieve a key to access the room.

Setup time is dependent on the package and event , an estimate is listed below for general reference.
Room Decorating
- Basic Packages: 1-2.5 hrs
-Larger Packages: 2.5- 4 hrs
Social Gathering
-5-30 people: 2-3hrs
-30+ people: 3-4.5 hrs -

Yes,
Some packages include next day clean-up. If yours does not, it can be added for an additional $75.
Clean up is typically from 9:30am-11am, but this can be flexible depending on our avaliability.
